Welcome to DigiPie! By using this site in any manner you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of use:
Definitions:
"Sharing period" aka "equity period" is the time period beginning on a published date and ending on a published date that enables your "MoneyPie" to grow based upon the participation of others as well as yourself.
"Bonus Pie", aka "Super Fund" is the percent of every sale that goes into a community sharing pot that is divided at the end of each "Sharing period" based upon an artist's or seller's performance in each category and a buyer's participation.
"MoneyPie" is the digital calculator that tracks sales in real time and credits both seller/artist and buyer in real US dollars according to performance and participation.
The DigiPie business model was built to offer the public an innovative way to do business in this digital age. Most files you download here can be shared unless it is stated, it is not ok to share on a per product or service basis. The value of your slices as you download is directly tied to the value of others slices as they download. The more others download through our model, the more your slice is potentially worth. This is readily apparent by understanding how the Bonus Pie aka "Super Fund" builds and is distributed to an artist/seller and it's buying public, (participants).
If you purchase anything @ DigiPie you will get a slice of the pie. At the end of a sharing period all funds earned by you will be either electronically transferred to your bank account or, mailed to you in the form of a check within 30 business days of the closing. It is important to keep a valid physical address and email address. With your account comes the ability to update your information anytime you like. Protect your account information such as password and user ID. If you earn less than $10 in a particular sharing period, that amount will roll over into the next sharing period. If you would rather have a check for $10 or less mailed anyway, please contact support@digipie.com. You can always see the amount you have earned from each sharing period in your MoneyPie. It is the User's responsibility to keep track of the cumulative amounts over multiple sharing periods. Please contact support when the amount exceeds the minimum.
Our refund policy is that all digital media purchases are final but guaranteed. This means if your download is deficient in any way we will replace it to your satisfaction. Your downloads are stored on our servers in your DigiPie account that you may download at any time during a sharing period. At the end of each sharing period your download cache will be cleared.
If you have purchased products or services that were converted to digital media via the purchase of the digital contract of said product or service, the refund policy of the seller is the default agreement.
On DigiPie each product or service offered can have it's own Terms and Conditions. You will be prompted before each purchase to agree or not to those terms. If
